Obviously there is a benefit to playing games against a large number of opponents, both in terms of experience gained as a team and familiarizing yourself with many future opponents. At Nationals the level of emotion and competition is very high and each game takes a large toll on a team.

Vulnerability is the source of courage. The ICF International conference just concluded in Longon. Whole-hearted people practice vulnerability, which Brown calls the exquisite or excruciating path. By allowing vulnerability they open the door to a range of emotions, from shame, fear, anxiety and grief to love, belonging and joy. The person living whole-heartedly does not shirk from these emotions.
